ABOUT THE COPPER ROOM
STRENGTH WITH PURPOSE. BUILT FROM THE HEART.
The Copper Room was created from a belief that strength training should feel both intentional and empowering — a space where every person, no matter their starting point, can move with confidence and capability. The name comes from Copper, Kami’s loyal dog and constant reminder of resilience, loyalty, and presence — the same values that shape every training session here.
Founded by Kami Haider, an ACSM Certified Clinical Exercise Physiologist with nearly a decade of experience in personal and group training, The Copper Room brings a blend of science-backed programming and human connection. Kami has designed and led fitness experiences for national brands such as Orange Theory, Basecamp Fitness, and Flex Fitness, and has coached clients of every level from post-rehabilitation recovery in the clinical setting to athletic performance.
Through individualized coaching and small-group strength sessions, Kami’s approach combines structure with adaptability — meeting clients where they are, while guiding them toward measurable progress in strength, form, and mindset.
At The Copper Room, every session is more than a workout — it’s a commitment to refining your movement, restoring your confidence, and building strength that lasts.
