Meet the Founder - Kami

I’m Kami Haider, an ACSM Certified Clinical Exercise Physiologist with nearly a decade of coaching experience.

I specialize in strength training and movement quality, working primarily with novice to intermediate lifters who want structure, clarity, and results that actually stick.

The Copper Room

The Copper Room was built with intention.
Not by accident, and definitely not by following what everyone else in the industry is doing.

I’ve spent years coaching in different environments - large group settings, fast-paced classes, and spaces where the focus wasn’t always on the actual quality of training. Those experiences taught me a lot, but they also made one thing very clear:

A lot of people are out here doing a lot… without a real plan.

So I built something different.

And yes - the name comes from my dog, Copper.
Because despite all the structure and standards, this is still a space that’s meant to feel grounded, personal, and human.

The Approach

Training here is structured, progressive, and coached with purpose.

No guesswork. No wasted time. No being left to figure things out on your own.

Every program is built around the individual - your experience level, your movement patterns, and your goals - and adjusted as you progress. You’re not just going through workouts. You’re building strength in a way that actually lasts.

Why It’s Different

I’ve worked in environments where coaching was rushed, programming was recycled, and people were expected to just keep up.

That’s not what happens here.

You’ll be coached. You’ll be corrected. And you’ll understand what you’re doing and why - because that’s how progress actually happens.

Who This Is For

This isn’t for someone looking to just show up, go through the motions, and call it a day.

It’s for people who want to train with intention, move well, and actually get stronger.

Whether you’re new to lifting or have been training for years, the expectation is the same:
Be present.
Be willing to learn.
Put in the work.

I’ll handle the rest.
