SMALL GROUP CLASS
A group setting that doesn’t sacrifice coaching. Classes are capped at six participants.
You’ll train with others, but still get eyes on your lifts, adjustments when needed, and clear direction throughout. It’s structured, focused, and built to actually move you forward.
TRAINING & PROGRAM BUNDLE
You’re not new to this, you just need it to make more sense.
Three in-person sessions to clean up your movement and push your effort where it actually matters, plus a fully customized 4-week program built around you.
SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING
Train with one other person while still following a program built for you.
Each of you has your own structure, your own progressions, and real coaching throughout. It’s a more cost-effective option without losing the detail of one-on-one work.
VIRTUAL TRAINING
Structured coaching delivered wherever you train via Zoom.
You’ll get programming built around your space and equipment, along with clear direction and ongoing support. You’re not left guessing what to do or how to progress.
